The Ultimate Ceremony

The Perfect Ceremony Experience for couples who are looking for the Ultimate, luxury wedding ceremony options with everything from the Classic Ceremony option plus the following:

• Printed Keepsakes: Your personal vows, readings, and other elements from the ceremony will be beautifully printed and framed.
• Vow Booklet: Choose a personalised vow booklet for your special words.
• Elegant Certificate: Select from four different certificate designs to commemorate your day.
• Symbolic Gestures: Choose three or more meaningful gestures like handfasting, a sand ceremony, the lighting a unity candle, and a ring warming and a traditional ring exchange.
• Personal Touches: Enjoy a personal gift from me.
• Dedicated Time: The entire day is reserved just for you- I’ll stay until you’re completely satisfied. You can even use me as your MC

To ensure you have exactly the day you are hoping to have I only book one ceremony a day. This means that I can fully support you if unforeseen changes occur on your day. Please add 150.00 for bilingual ceremonies.

• Symbolic Touches: In addition to the traditional ring exchange, you’ll have the option to include 1 other symbolic gesture, such as a handfasting ceremony (up to 5 colours) or a sand ceremony
• Elegant Certificate: Choose from 2 beautifully designed certificates
• Editorial Control: You’ll have full input and final approval over the ceremony script, ensuring it reflects your vision.
• Professional Officiation: I’ll arrive at least 30 min before the ceremony to prepare, and I’ll officiate your bespoke ceremony, which typically lasts around 25 -30 minutes.
• Keepsake Folder: Receive a beautifully designed keepsake folder as a lasting memory of your special day.

What to expect when you book me for your ceremony in Cornwall, Devon and beyond

Here’s how we’ll work together to create your perfect ceremony...

Initial Discovery Call:

Book a free consultation via phone or Zoom to discuss your needs and see if we’re the right fit to work together.

Onboarding Pack:

Once you decide to proceed, I’ll send an Onboarding Pack that includes:

A contract outlining our agreement and ceremony details.
Discovery questionnaires to help me understand your journey and vision.
An invoice for my services as your celebrant.

Securing Your Date:

To secure your date in my diary, a booking fee of £300 for UK ceremonies or £450 for ceremonies abroad is required. After payment, we’ll schedule a meeting (in person or online) to dive into the details of your bespoke ceremony, including:

Personal vows.
Symbolic gestures.
Poems, readings, and music.

If you’re unsure of what you want, don’t worry - I have plenty of ideas to guide you!

Bilingual Ceremonies:

If you’re looking for a bilingual German/English ceremony, we can explore this in detail during our call. Dreaming of tying the knot abroad? I’d love to hear your plans!

Creating Your Love Story:

Six to twelve months before your ceremony, I’ll send you another questionnaire - perfect for completing during a relaxed evening with a cuppa or a glass of wine. This will form the foundation of your love story, a favourite part of the script for many couples.

Finalising Your Script:

After receiving your completed questionnaire, I’ll craft your bespoke ceremony. You’ll have full editorial control, and we can schedule additional meetings if needed to make any changes.

Your Special Day:

I’ll arrive at least an hour before the ceremony to ensure everything is perfect, so you can enjoy your day

stress-free.
